How TO GET STARTED?

Booking a candle fundraiser is very easy. The quickest way is to complete the online Fundraising Registration Form. Once you have registered and receive your Login ID confirmation, you may download order forms, flyers, brochures, fundraising letters, and fundraising checklists. If you wish, you can order one of three fundraising candle sampler kits, depending on the size of your organization and fundraising goals.

If you prefer a more personal touch, we suggest you call one of our specialists at 877.241.0852. They will ask for your group name, a contact name, a telephone number and email address. They will also ask for a fundraising start and end date. Of course, you will need to tell them how many people will be participating.

The fundraising specialist will have the appropriate number of order forms sent to you along with a cover letter confirming the fundraising dates. You can also request a Kick Off Letter free of charge. The kick off letter answers most of the major questions you
will get such as the dates, whether there is tax or not, who supporters need to pay and also details specific sales goals for each participant.

Can candles be purchased directly online?

Yes and No. Not to the general public. We have decided not to offer our candles to the general public. We try to maintain this product as a fundraising only item and do not want to be a candle retailer. However, our products are available to entrepreneurs engaged in profit making ventures at wholesale, with minimum quantity requirements. You may place your wholesale or catalog pre-sold orders online.

Two Types of Fundraisers

Direct Sales are those where you have the product in your hand to give your supporter when they buy from you.

Brochure Sales are different. Unlike direct sales, you do not purchase anything in advance. Your group pre-sells using free order forms. You collect your money as you pre-sell. At the end of your sale, you tally your orders together and purchase what you have pre-sold.

How does the payment work for Brochure Fundraising? We do not offer credit terms. We require payment in the form of Master Card, Visa or Check prior to shipping your merchandise.

How do candle fundraisers work?

Candle fundraisers have been strong revenue generating activities for groups of all sizes and all types.

Your participants pre-sell candles using order forms we provide free of charge. Prices vary depending on which candle line you choose. Your group collects its money when pre-selling so there is no need for upfront cash.

One of the most attractive things about candle fundraising is that you do not purchase anything in advance, except a sample kit. Sample kits include a smorgasbord of our premium candles, candle accessories, order forms, brochures, and helpful marketing materials.

Your group pre-sells the candles using our order forms. At the end of your sale, you collect the order forms and tally all the orders together. Then you place your order with us.
